Northern Victorian Irrigation Renewal Project (NVIRP)
CDL was engaged to provide commercial and financial advisory services to the NVIRP project. The project entails renewal of infrastructure for irrigation channels within the Murray irrigation system to boost the system’s efficiency. CDL’s role encompassed:
- Development of the Business Case
- Development and review of tender documentation
- Tender evaluation and negotiation
Royal Melbourne Showgrounds Redevelopment
CDL acted as the Lead Negotiator for the Royal Melbourne Showgrounds Redevelopment, a public-private partnership.
Melbourne Wholesale Fruit & Vegetable Markets Relocation
CDL was engaged by Major Projects Victoria to undertake financial modeling in relation to the proposed relocation of the Melbourne Wholesale Fruit & Vegetable Markets.
Major Public-Private Partnership Transaction
CDL was engaged to review the commercial and financial risks that the State may have been exposed to as a result of the proposed sell down of an equity holder’s interest in a major public-private partnership transaction.
Renewable Energy Proposal
CDL was engaged to:
- Review a Business Case
- Test the reasonableness of input and output assumptions and projections
- Undertake a viability assessment
of a major energy project seeking State support.
VicTrack – Provision of a Fibre Optic Cable Network
CDL was engaged to:
- Evaluate initial expressions of interest submitted by bidders
- Develop tender documentation
- Development of the benchmark to be used to determine whether the private sector offers represented value for money
in relation to obtaining private sector participation in the provision of a fibre optic cable network.
