Social Housing Home Loan Program Manager

CDL was engaged to:

in relation to the search and selection of a financial institution to operate and manage Victoria’s Social Housing Home Loan Program.

Office of Housing – Ashwood Chadstone Social Housing Project

CDL was engaged by the Office of Housing to provide financial and commercial advisory services to the Ashwood Chadstone Social Housing Project which will deliver 210 affordable rental homes and 72 private homes across six currently vacant sites in the Ashwood Chadstone area. 

Youth Foyer Project

CDL was engaged to undertake a detailed costing analysis to assist in determining a more equitable funding model for youth refuges.

UK Self Storage Portfolio

CDL staff were involved in the negotiation and establishment of the investment structure, comprising £70 million equity commitment and £100 million warehouse finance facility, for the acquisition of a portfolio of self-storage businesses across the UK.

Shanghai Luxury Apartments Complex

CDL staff were involved in the USD50 million acquisition of a luxury serviced apartments complex in central Shanghai via an existing Chinese corporate structure.
